Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between FTL and LTL?
With FTL the whole vehicle carries one load with no transshipment. With LTL, loads from different customers going the same way share a vehicle, which saves cost on smaller volumes.
Which countries do you serve?
There are weekly departures to all of Europe. We also plan transport to Switzerland, the UK, Russia and the Middle East. See the Network page for details.
What information do you need for ADR cargo?
A current safety data sheet (SDS), the UN number and the packing group. With these we prepare a suitable transport plan.
How can I find out the status of my shipment?
Our operations team keeps you informed during transport by phone, email or WhatsApp.
