Frequently asked questions

Do you handle customs declarations yourselves?

Declarations are filed by our partner customs brokers. We coordinate the process with the transport plan and support document preparation.

What is the difference between T1 and T2?

T1 is generally used for goods not in free circulation and T2 for goods in free circulation in the EU. Which one applies depends on the status of the goods.

Are extra steps needed for Switzerland and the UK?

Neither country is an EU member, so entry and transit are planned separately. We determine the required documents together for your cargo.
