Frequently asked questions

How is volumetric weight calculated?

Multiply length, width and height in centimetres and divide by 6000. If the result is above the actual weight, charges are based on it.

What is an AWB?

The air waybill is the document showing the air transport contract between shipper and carrier, and it is also used to trace the shipment.

Can dangerous goods travel by air?

Many products can, with DGR-compliant packaging, labelling and a shipper's declaration. We assess suitability together based on your cargo details.
