What data we collect

• Quote form: company, contact person, email, phone, route and cargo details, attached files
• Information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp
• Server logs: IP address, date and time, page visited, browser information

Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to review your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to communicate with you and keep the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Hosting and service providers

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare (USA). When you visit the site, technically necessary connection data is processed by this provider. When you submit the quote form, data is stored at Cloudflare and emails are sent through Resend (USA); Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form. Transfers to third countries are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Third-party content

• Google Maps: the map on the contact page only loads when you click "Show map" (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); only then is a connection made to Google.
• WhatsApp: clicking the WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp (Meta), whose own privacy terms apply.

Retention

Request data and attachments are automatically deleted after 2 years. Statutory retention periods apply to any resulting contracts.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
