Personal data we process

• Identity and contact data: name, company, email address, phone number
• Request data: loading and delivery locations, dates, cargo details, notes and attached files
• Security data: IP address, browser information and access logs

Purposes of processing

• Reviewing your request and providing a quote
• Contacting you and answering your enquiries
• Concluding and performing the transport contract
• Complying with legal obligations
• Ensuring website and information security and preventing misuse

Legal basis

Your data is processed under Article 5(2) KVKK: it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (c), necessary to comply with a legal obligation (ç), and necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f). Processing that requires explicit consent (e.g. analytics cookies) only takes place with your consent.

Collection method

Your data is collected electronically via our quote form, email, phone and WhatsApp.

Transfers

Within the purposes above, your data may be shared with service providers (Cloudflare, USA, for hosting, data storage and spam protection; Resend, USA, for sending email), with business partners to the extent necessary to carry out the transport, and with competent authorities. As these providers may host data in third countries, such transfers are made in line with the procedures of Article 9 KVKK.

Retention

Quote requests and attachments are automatically deleted from our system after 2 years. Statutory retention periods apply to any resulting contracts. To prevent spam and abuse, a hash of your IP address is kept for at most 24 hours; the IP address itself is not stored for this purpose.

Your rights under Article 11 KVKK

• To learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data has been transferred
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK
• To request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties who received the data
• To object to an adverse outcome resulting solely from automated analysis
• To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
